So What?

While PropTech has the potential to revolutionize the real estate industry in Ontario, there are still several issues that need to be addressed. Standardization, security, affordability, and accessibility are all critical issues that must be addressed to ensure that PropTech platforms can be used by all landlords and tenants in Ontario. As the real estate industry continues to evolve, it is essential that these issues are taken seriously and addressed to ensure that everyone has equal access to the benefits of PropTech.
