You are legally required to give us at least 60 days written notice before your lease ends. Please use Tenant's Notice to End the Tenancy (LTB form N9).
For routine maintenance please use the Maintenance Request form on our website. For emergencies please call us.
Please call us and someone will come to let you in. Please note there is a fee for this service.
Rent is due no later than the first day of each month, or as stated in the lease agreement.
You will have 14 days to pay outstanding rent owed, otherwise we may be instructed to file an L1 application with the LTB to evict a you (and any joint-tenants) for non-payment of rent and to collect rent that is owed.
Any rent not paid in full on the first of the month is overdue, afterwhich all joint-tenants may receive a Notice to End a Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent.
